Normal registration closes July 1, 2011, after which a late fee of $10.00 will be applied to all registrations. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE WAIVED THE LATE FEE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS. Late registration (based on postmark) closes July 10, 2011. Registrations can be submitted through E-Feis and payments should be mailed to:
